I am looking for a very loving, Permanent pet home for Firefly.
She was one of my very first jersey woolies and has been my favorite.
She had a very successful show career in her first year,
but got shy and didn't want to pose for the
judges anymore. She was a wonderful mom but is now retired.
I really don't want to see her go, but I think she needs a
home where she will get spoiled rotten and not have to compete for attention.
She deserves that.

Care
Hares

There are several rabbit breeders willing to donate their gentle retired show
bunnies free of charge to Pet homes, for pet therapy programs, senior group homes, members of
C.A.R.D. http://www.card.ca ,or anyone who's "Physically Challenged".
Care Hares are retired show bunnies that have been well handled and are generally docile and well socialized.
Care Hares are ideal for anybody who wants a rabbit that is content to sit on one's lap to be petted and is
non-aggressive.
Most show rabbits are used to being handled, brushed, transported, and carried around.
This is a much better choice for most pet owners rather than getting a junior or baby bunny.
If you're able to feed, water and clean the rabbit's cage or have someone living with you that is willing to assist you and do it, then a Care Hare maybe a good pet option for you.
I would suggest reading the information section of this website to get an idea
of what it's like living with a rabbit.
If you're looking for bunny and don't see one listed in
your area, please e-mail me at Carol@fuzzylop.com
or join the Fuzzylop group on yahoo, it is connected with this website. You
can post your own message http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/fuzzylop/
Also see my Bunnies at work Page.
I 'm just shy of $150.00 saved for the project.
